Default Question on Clemente RC

As I've been looking on eBay at the Clemente rookie cards for sale, I've noticed many of them demonstrate yellow dots (for lack of a better word) adjacent to the bats on the hat of the pirate logo in the top right corner of the card. Does anyone know why this occurred? I find it interesting that this occurred on many copies I've seen for sale on the same location on the card. Just curious. Thanks.

I just looked at mine and didn't notice anything. Do you have a scan? I've never heard of this issue.

Default Ebay

If you look on eBay it seems to me about every 5th one I look at has some sort of print variation in that area. Seems so common as I've looked at more examples that I don't think it's much of an issue.
