The guy is probably just going by what PSA labeled the card. Not PSA's best labeling ID moment.

Doesn't look like it to me but since PSA had their head up their ass on this one they probably missed that too. It's a really nice looking card.

ps, I should add that I think PSA does a good job overall......but sometimes....not as good as others.

At least (in my opinion) PSA got the hand cut designation correct...check out the wavy gravy right border.
