Default Do they exist?

Can anyone confirm the existance (scans would be fantastic!) of the following three team issue "cards"?

1956 Pittsburgh Pirates - Bill Mazeroski
1965 Baltimore Orioles - Jim Palmer
1963 San Diego Padres (Minor League) - Tony Perez

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it appears that the San Diego Padres Team Issue - Tony Perez exists although I still have not seen it, could have been prodcued in either 1963 or 1964 (1964 would make more sense as he only played 8 games there in 1963).

Anyone know anything about the '56 Mazeroski or '65 Palmer?
