If the seller really thought the value was $35,000 (as it says on the back of this well known reprint), the bin would be $35,000 not $6,000.

You don't have to be a Harvard logician to figure out that an original card doesn't describe itself in the past tense on the back. For the same reason that you don't have to be a Louvre curator to figure out that it isn't the original Mona Lisa printed on your coffee mug-- in particular when there's a Mona Lisa on each side. Helpful hint: none of DaVinci's paintings have handles.

For those unfamiliar with this well known reprint, the back has a historical writeup of the card, including the then value ($35,000). It was part of a set of reprints of famous rare cards. With the past tense back writeups and back designs completely different than the originals, the reprints were obviously not intended to fool anyone into thinking they were genuine.

The auction has been removed because I offered him $3000 to take it down and sell the card off-eBay. I got a 90% discount from the true value!!

A hint the seller is selling reprints is when he says there are only 50 known to exist and he has all 100 of them.
