Default Wagner E95-T-206 "New Pose / Variation" Card

Posted By: Jon Canfield

Just curious if anyone saw this auction or your thoughts...

I guess this was the "new pose" T-206 discovered and then quickly discredited. I guess it's sort of an urban myth of our hobby history. I bid on the card (albeit well under the final price) simply because I thought it was a real E95 and because of the hobby lore that surrounded it when first discovered.

As I understand the story, the E95 with T back was a Frankenstein card; it fell apart into its two pieces when soaked.
