Default Anyone Live Near Odessa/Midland Texas??

As some of you know I am trying to help my uncle sell off some of my grandmothers cards to get her some money. This has been frustrating at the least. It is not easy to help him when I am all the way in North Carolina. I was wondering if any of you experts near Odessa, TX could help look through my grandma's collection and see if we have anything special? I don't want anyone to go to far out of their way.

We have 500 to 600 cards. They are a mix of T206s (Old Mill, Old Mill SL, 26 x Hindu Brown and Red, Sweet Caporal, Piedmont, Tolstoi, and El Principe De Gales backs), T205s, E90s, E93s, E95 (24 of 25), E102s, and God knows what else. These cards have never been in in circulation or accounted for.

I was trying to get him to scan the whole collection and send it to me, but he has never used a scanner.

Here is my uncle's 1st attempt (with help) to use a scanner:

P.S. He is the one that cut the bottom of that Mello Mint.

Dan

Default help

I have needed help on several deals and every single time a board member, local to the area, has helped out. I would say we stretch quite far and wide across the entire US. The board is a great resource for situations like this. As a matter of fact, every single time I have asked I have got several folks offering to help, not just one. The last situation was for a deal for 3 cards for $500 each....The board member went and paid cash for the cards locally and I hadn't even sent him the money yet. A better group of guys I have yet to meet. Good luck in this one Daniel. It sounds like there are a lot of nice cards in that group!!
