Hello, I will gladly pay someone $10.00 through Paypal to let me know if this is fake or real. I will send the money first and after you receive it please provide me the information. I tried this morning as you can see below but did not receive any responses

this is my 2nd time posting and I could really use some help on an Autographed picture I purchased at a Yardsale Last summer. I am disabled so its a bit harder for me to get around in the Winter, in the summer not so much. Anyway, I purchased this Picture last summer and I truly have no idea whether it is genuine or fake.

I looked into both the Beckett and PSA quick opinion but they both asked for an eBay URL and it's not listed on eBay. If anyone thinks I'm lying about my disability simply visit http:/www.google-press-release.com for information. I have the feeling it probably a fake but I'm not positive.

Any opinions or help would be greatly appreciated.
