Default Murtaugh autograph

I'm working on single signed balls from the '60 Pirates. Esssentially every Murtaugh autograph I've seen (e.g. on team balls) is identified as clubhouse. Does anyone have an authentic Murtaugh signature? Preferably one you got yourself, so the authenticity is guaranteed. If so, please post it. Thanks.

When I was a kid, I tried to get a Murtaiugh autograph for years. But after every Pirate homegame he would sit in the clubhouse playing poker for hours and wouldn't come out until after I had to leave. He was elusive then as he is now.

Default Which is considered clubhouse..?

just curious as i've seen roughly 2 different versions of his signature authenticated...one that is nicely written out and another that is a more sloppy, condensed version...I assume this one would be your clubhouse version? This one is mine but have not yet attempted any authentication...sorry to not be of more help to you.

What a great sheet! Some kid took the time to create "Autographs of the Pittsburgh Pirates" in '48 or so, and then had the good sense to save it. I don't know if this is the clubhouse version or not. I do have at least a half dozen team balls from his playing days that bear this form of the autograph. Gathering from the other signatures, this is pretty close to his rookie year. How many rookies of that era got "clubhouse'" service?
