We've all gone through it at least once Peter. I've always stayed away from Fro-Joys, even the good ones, but the fake T200's are particularly alarming.

I have bought a few bad cards above - including the Babe Ruth Cards as well - the grading companies will not grade them anymore - the color should be a more cream color and the team card should be on thin stock and have a photo gloss type surface. It just seems to bad, there are so many, just this past weekend I was at a show and one of my good customers asked me to look at a card. The card was a T206 Cy Young, right away I could tell it was bad, I told the dealer to get the card out of the case.`

I've been beat many times, mostly able to recoup though. But one guy did get NARUd then slipt away with $150 -for a cleverly aged '34 Gehrig. (Which I still keep as a trophy to my ignorance.)

I bought a couple of fake D304s about ten or twelve years ago at a show. I had no idea until I innocently attempted to trade them to a fellow board member a few years ago. He kindly pointed out the problem to me. Live and learn I guess.\
