Default April 2010 Pickups

Figure I would start a new thread for April even though it's kind of late:

This must be the Rob and Jeff thread?

I've always wanted a RC card of my fallen childhood idol!

BTW - Love that Canseco mid-80's stache...always was a fan of that card.

Jose definitely had one of the thinnest moustaches ever. Great Gibson RC Rob!

Hey, Rob:

Very nice Gibson. That was the first card (not the exact example that you have) that I ever picked up when I started to collect HOF Rookies.

Jose looks a little off center to be A 9.5.... i had a 9 bgs of that card at one time. I still like Jose, and I enjoyed his book alot.

Slightly OC. That's why the sub. was 9. With better centering, this card could be a 10!
Spectacular Clemente Matt. That is one of my dream cards, hopefully I'll have my own some day.

Default Won this ebay auction 10 minutes ago!

Excited to win this raw 1960 Bell Brand Koufax. Looks like it might fall in the 5-6 range. Can't believe only two bidders on this one?

I thought I posted this yesterday, but now it's gone. (Leon, if you deleted it, and I'm making you delete it a second time now, sorry).

Anyhow, I thought these were neat because they show a couple of Hall of Famers in uniforms that you don't expect to find them in.

Default Pick-ups..

While moving from Alaska to San Antonio (for vacation) and then to Colorado Springs, I still managed to pick up some more Mantles for my PC and some trade bait enjoy!

All for trade by the way except for the Mantles:

Click on my sig and check it out in my Baseball Cards (1981-Present) album. I got it BGS graded last year along with an amazing and rare Albert Pujols autographed card serial #1/10 that I also pulled from a pack.

Beautiful stuff! I love the website..is it free to make one like yours? It just seems so much more organized that way!

Also, I love the Koufax, 66 Mantle, and the Jordan rookie! Are they for trade? Willing to go heavy in your favor for either...Please LMK! Thanks again for the view.

David

Imageevent is a pay site. I pay $24.95 a year for 1,500 pictures. Unlimited pictures is $64.95 a year. Since it's a pay site, you don't have any ads like Photobucket. As far as trading goes, I'm too much of a hoarder to let anything go. Thanks for the compliments. Jeff.
