Default Poll - sort of

What do you guys think is the best digital way to view your collection? The reason i ask is b/c i have to design a layout for my own website but i think this could be in ref. to a larger situation.

For my black sox collection, i'm doing thumbnails that will eventually lead to a new window view with a border and nav buttons to view other cards....
but for a large collection of cards (like my w514's) which will be 120+ cards in its completion ... i don't think that is feasible. Here are the options:

a) List the cards by Name/Number leading to a popup with nav buttons (probably my choice)
b) One big scan of all the cards
c) multiple html pages showing several cards each.

Just a question of curiosity...i also have seen sights like image shack and they have a nice presentation, i could borrow from that completely, but i like designing my own page. Also, i'm picky...

Black Sox Fan

I just like running my cards through my fingers, does that count?

Yes it does, but i can't run my fingers through your cards or visa versa, so for you guys it's the best i can do! Plus i store my cards at another location most of the time, so it gives me some satisfaction as well!

I like Mark Tylicki's way of showing a large group- it's impressive at a glance, loads quickly, and you can see a large scan of the front and back of any image by clicking on it.

Works well for all my pages, quick uploads, allows me to set up multiple collection segments (Exhibit cards, boxing cards, Lefty O'Doul cards, printing freaks, etc.) with minimal effort.

I have no complaints about my own website. Oh yeah. One. I can't change anything on it myself! It's Yahoo, =but paid Yahoo. No ads. As much space as I need.
