Here's a thin cardboard advertising piece for the Liberty Magazine April 15, 1933 edition, advertising a Hugh Fullerton baseball article, with magazine pictured below. Other advertising pieces out there, other than the usual tobacco pieces?

A thin book of rules, with a cardboard cover. Put out by a clothing store in Cleveland in 1919.

This hung in the Lincoln train station in 1957 - I placed a baseball bat next to it so you can see how big it is.

The ballplayer in the photo is local boy Bob Cerv

edited to add: here is my Liberty magazine contribution - 1935 - I'm guessing this is supposed to be the Bambino?

Love the advertising. These are from our Beer Collection:

Some (the 1916 Sox, Braves, Providence Greys Celluloid Schedule) pre- War, some just post-war (the 1947 Schedule for the Sox and Braves) and some from the fifties (the rest). All advertising for Narragansett Brewing Company in Providence (1916) and Cranston (the rest) Rhode Island.

1956

1911 art print, titled "Safe," featuring a runner sliding into home. The print is copyrighted "1911 by F. A. Schneider" and notes that the painting is by J. F. Kernan.
