Default Vintage Baseball Book/Pamphlet Questions

Hi-
I recently acquired the book/pamphlet scanned below and I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few questions I have. The item is titled "The Big League" and it is published by American Colortype. It is quite small (5 inches tall and four inches wide) and only has four pages. I checked on ABE.com (a book sellers website), and there was only one copy for sale. The copy on ABE.com stated it was five pages long (which makes sense as mine ends midsentence). Further googling shows it should be 12 pages long, but I do not know if that is accurate either. Below are my questions. Any help that could be provided will be greatly appreciated.
1. When was this published? The illustrations look pre 1900 to me, but I was not sure. A google search shows a wide array of dates from 1890-1920s.
2. Does anyone have a scan of the last pages?
3. Was this published this way (without any hard bindings)?
4. Any additional information about this item would be great.
Thanks in advance,
Alan Elefson

Alan

My copy is 12 pages long, including the covers.

No date indicated, but I've always thought this was from the late teens for some reason.
