Default REA is the Jimmy Johns of AHs

REA is "FREAKY FAST"

The last REA auction ended on 21JAN24 (probably closer to early AM on 22JAN24) and the package arrived on 26JAN24.

Now that is FREAKY FAST.

This isn't a dis on the AHs that take weeks to get their lots shipped because I figure it'll get to me when it does (usually within 2-3 weeks) after immediate payment.

This seems to indicate that REA recognizes people like to receive their stuff quickly. They probably have a really good process for monitoring payments received and having items pulled, packaged and shipped ASAP. No complaints here, at all! Kind of nice to get your mitts on a package that fast.

I'll second that. Won a couple of lots Sunday night and received them yesterday. Less than 96 hours from winning to receiving. Best in the business!

Yeah, strong disagree.

While they do ship fast, they most recently charge between $690-$1980 for a side of chips that was produced over 100 years ago (Yuck).

Add to that fact they're some weird off-brand called Colgan's E254 and you can keep it.

Never had a problem either with delivery of items won or consignments. One can always take exception with shipping costs charged by most auction houses. REA has done a great job of building out a much a larger auction business with positive results.

I have literally had REA winnings 2 days after auction ended without paying.

I had consignment items cover the cost so I did really pay but 2 days after the auction ended?

They are the SGC of the auction world!

Incredible all around.

That's because Kevin Harvick retired.
