I just picked this up. Has anybody ever seen it before? It looks like there is a tab at the bottom to cut off and send in, so I'm thinking it may be on some type of cardboard instead of paper. (It was listed as original, if it is or not I have no idea yet...)

If anyone would have any background knowledge on this it would be great.

Nice looking wall display piece, though they wouldn't put that much writing on a sign (especially a road sign!). Some items you have to value purely on their eye appeal, enjoyment you get out of it as a furnishing.

I remember a guy asked me to look at a photo that hung from his wall for several years, and I told him that it was a reprint. He complained that he paid $20 for it thinking it was original. I said if he displayed and enjoyed it several years, he got more much for that $20 of use of the photo. He thought about that and agreed. I asked what he was going to do with the photo. He said he was going to put it back up on the wall.

If the guy had stored the photo the entire time in a box in a dark closet, or purchased it strictly for resale profit, then I'd say he was out the $20.

Thankyou for that spin David. I no longer feel guilty about my wife's CZ engagement ring.

That there are furniture rentals show that the usage itself of chairs, tables and wall hangings has monetary value.
