Default Kind of OT ESPN Classic Babe Ruth Legends show

Posted By: dan mckee

Has anyone else seen this episode of the ESPN Classic Legends shows? I have wrote them numerous times trying to buy a copy of the Babe Ruth episode. This particular episode shows a Newspaper with a portrait of the Babe on front that looks exactly like a George C Miller baseball card. The same background. It was very cool and I would like a closer look. I am wondering if he was meant to be in that set originally, as far as having the picture taken and then no card produced. Dan.

Hi Dan,

I have an ESPN dvd entitled "Sports Century Greatest Athletes" of Babe Ruth. If this is the one your are looking for just email me and I will mailed it to you. It doesn't exactly sound like the same show you mentioned, but it might be worth taking a look at. The dvd is 41 minutes long.
