Default Beckett Media request for help

Posted By: Rich Klein

Last year I put out a clarion call for Help on the Almanac; and many of you all responded very positively and helped our tome immesurably.

This year, frankly in order to get ALL the information in on time, I am making my yearly request for help to all the valued board members a bit earlier. Same rules as last year:

Help is appreciated in the following ways

Pricing: Don't try to do everything -- that's my job -- Just focus on what you know. If you have any questions about details you can email me.

Images: If you don't see an image for a set -- You can email me an front and back (where applicable) image of any card from that set.

Checklisting: If something is missing or is wrong -- Please let me know; if there is an addition, a scan is very helpful.

We have plenty of books to mail out -- so if you email me with your address at RKlein@Beckett.com I will get a book out to you ASAP.

Let's set a deadline of March 1st to get these books back. Frankly, if you are a day to a week late, I suspect there is no problems

We can do anything from a note in the acknowledgments to a comp ad for the dealers involved. Last year, frankly, we (and this is a legit we because while I do most of the work, any book is a team effot) made great strides in the pre-war area. I'd like to continue that but if you know something past 1945, it's Ok to comment on that as well

Rich

I would be glad to help, & I'm happy that you are starting this a little earlier than last year. I'll send you an email soon. Sincerely, Paul

Not sure if I have any information that could help you Rich, but I do have a suggestion....I would buy the Beckett book if you divided the book into a vintage section the same way the SCD does.
