Default Is this fro joy real?

Too lazy to start a poll I guess. If it is real, what are these valued at these days? Thanks!

It has an aged look to it that I don't care for from the scan. If it is real it is in the 250-375 range.....

Uniformly-rounded corners always make me suspicious...

The legit ones I've seen all have the same type of color on the front/back. That might not hold true for every one but mine is like that and in pulling up a few scans of BVG graded ones, it's the same deal. Not sure legit ones have a gray backing like that one.

Pete, here's my BVG-graded card for comparison purposes. I, too, suspect that, unfortunately, your card is not legit.

The back looks a bit odd and as was already said the rounded corners are not a good start. But becket does grade them, to know for sure

As for grading, I think he should save his money, personally. It looks like a duck.
I should add that I have gotten second opinions many times and paid to get them. It's a small cost to have an unbiased, expert opinion with respect to the fees for grading.

Looks easy enough to tell the difference between real and repro when you see it next to a real one. Why did they stop grading these again? I thought it was because it was too hard to differentiate real from repro, but seems pretty easy to me.

I think the BVG guys know Fro Joys well, so congrats. It must look and feel good in person. Here is mine that now resides in a BVG holder too.
