I am also in the Philadelphia area, so please don't count me in. Autographs only account for about 3% of our business and those are ones I got in person

Seems like PA (not you Murph) is a very dangerous area for autographs.
CC and FP must like it there.
Also the anonymous e mail which was circulated not too long ago named one probable supplier of CC who is from that area.

I agree with you 100 percent Richard. I'll also add that I'm seeing more and more (of course not everyone from there) coming out of Illinois. I'm wondering if these guys feel safer in those states.

A notorious seller, with a long history, is still operating in Michigan.
Also Florida seems to be a place with a notorious history.

Speaking of which, how goes the lawsuit? Do we all need to take up a collection to keep you from becoming homeless?

It was a Cease and Desist letter that was BS. The lawyer didn't know Section 230 of the Federal Communications and Decency Act, nor did she apparently realize how "publisher" is defined where it relates to chat boards. Live and learn I guess.

Leon, just included a disclaimer post that says "Dear lurkers, I disagree with everything said in this thread that you may find objectionable."

How could you be sued for libel for a statement that you publicly stated you disagreed with?
