How do they calculate eBay Bucks?
It's usually 1%, special offer can change it. But I've got $75 worth of stuff in my cart right now, and it says it's worth $0.26 in eBay Bucks. Now obviously I don't care about the fifty cents, but I am curious to know how these calculations work.
Some of the stuff I won a couple days ago and haven't paid yet, so maybe that doesn't count? But on the other hand, I just put a $42 item in the cart, and that by itself should be more than $0.26.
