Default Oh, what could it hurt.........

It's a shame David Letterman retired. This might garner a top 10 list.

Thank you, Val. I just love seeing that part of the listing juxtaposed with his first statement:

"Finally selling a family hobby which has brought much joy in my family passed on for many generations originating with my great grandfather or possibly even earlier."

Ah, yes, the multigenerational reprint. I guess the first listing was from a relative. I love figuring out family trees based on selling attempts.

Hip waders, please!

I sent a message and immediately regretted it. Has anyone ever had retaliation from reporting?

Unless you threatened him don't worry about it. When I see a fake or reprint I always call the seller out on it.

They usually act innocent, tell you to go pound sand, or that you don't have to buy it.

I did this once before and the dude bought one of my items quickly before I could block and left me negative 4 days later. To this day since 2001 it is my only negative.

Sold for $5,901. Will be interesting to see if the buyer can get their money back. Item details say reprint, but the picture clearly intends to deceive. Feel bad for the buyer...

I'm still shocked that someone would be so careless while spending that kind of money. Even if you don't see the reprint listing, there are so many other red flags.

The buyer should be able to get his money back but not without a headache. The card is obviously not the one in the image. SGC doesn't slab reprints (intentionally).

Default Ebay seller Hensryarya Item 181802766386

The seller is a scammer, but I have no sympathy for the buyer.

any reasonable confusion is on the seller...since they are the only ones that are able to give the terms..and vagueness or confusion goes against the seller ..its the seller burden to show no confusion etc..

I agree. Long story with it listed as a reprint.
