Not baseball, but a super cool 70s era hockey goaltender's mask...unknown origin but tracking down provenance thru some sources...possible minor league use.

Default Koufax program

I got this in the mail today, compliments of ebay.

It's a scored program from the Dodgers / Pirates game in LA on April 14, 1961, Koufax took the loss in his first appearance of the year (4th game for the Dodgers), giving him a career record of 36-41. Late in the game, Ron Perranoski made his major league debut, striking out the first batter he faced to end the 8th inning.

I now have scored programs for 200 Koufax regular season games. 85 wins, 43 losses, 6 saves, 66 no decision games.

197 more to go...
Doug

PS - I also have his 8 post season appearances.

Claude Passeau was different Baseball Magazine supplement #900 (both m113 & m114) for me. Mathewson was #901.

Those two spots towards the bottom right corner of each scan mean that I really need to clean my scanner.

I noticed that Mathewson on his left arm is wearing his uniform sleeve extension, while on his pitching arm he is not....as a Uni collector I find that interesting. I don't think I noticed that before.
