Default SGC: Registry Numbers

I have a couple of cards that came up that their cert number was already in use. I followed their directions and sent an email with pics. Does anyone know how long it takes for resolution with SGC?

Thanks!

David. I had this same issue a couple years ago and it took less than 24 hours, but there were different customer service representatives running the show then.
I'd follow up your request with a phone call on Monday.

Once, it took them over a week for me. They apologized for the delay.

Default SGC numbers

This just happened to me and I had to send my card in to them and they had to reholder it with a new number. There was evidently some numbers lost in a system problem, and instead of just assigning the number existing on the card to my registry, had to pop it out and reholder it with a new number for their records. A little bit of a runaround, but Earl and Bill are helpful.
