We don't do Tofu in the South! We Deep Fried Birds out on my cousins farm with all the fixins. After lunch it's time for cold beer, football, and the Hay ride. No matter what your food choice, I hope everyone has a nice Thanksgiving.

PS Leon & Scott I'll Raise my bottle at 2:00 sharp for a toast. be well brian

I hadn't heard of deep-frying the turkey until I got to Georgia - haven't tried it, but hear it's great.

Just got back with the ingredients for "Greek meatballs" - that and a bottle of red wine gets me in to eat turkey and watch football with the kids and ex.

This will be the first Bird Day in 6 years where I have not grilled a turkey. My best friend was the master at and we always had a big get together for all the hippies. We would grill 2 birds and bunch of tofu. The best years was when a 30 year vegitarian broke down and some bird, even though she knew it would make her throw up

Wow!

I must not be living right... you folks sound like you have got this holiday down to a science!

Usually I end up at a resturant with my family as my kids live in Ohio with their mom now. Lucky me this year I get to work!

I hope that all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you spend the day eating too much, watching football, and lying around the house. That way I can grab whatever goodies are ending on eBay =)

Scott
