Default Who leads the league in Holds?

Who cares?
Should managers make in game decisions to create save opportunities for a favored “closer”?
Blown saves are tracked and are probably more significant in evaluating “closers” than the total number of saves, which in part is determined by the manager.
This logically leads to another question regarding the Hold.
Why are all bullpen pitchers not evaluated on the basis of Blown Holds?
After all, blown saves are merely a subset of blown holds.

Perhaps somewhere blown holds are tracked, but I haven’t seen it.

Actually isn't any blown hold also a blow save? So it would be redundant. If you come in to a game you are winning and allow the other team to tie or take the lead even if it's the 4th inning it's still a blown save as far as I know.

Nothing is a blown save unless the pitcher enters the game with an opportunity to get a save.

Pitchers in the 4th inning are not eligible to get a save under any circumstances. The fourth inning pitcher who finishes the game would be credited with the win, not a save.

Any pitcher he relieved would be ineligible for a win.

For those who are not familiar with the save criteria I offer the following:

1. Buy tickets for less-expensive games

2. Scour the Web for ticket promotions

3. Find relief with online resellers

4. Score with ticket holders outside the stadium

5. Pack your own vittles (if that’s allowed)

6. Buy a seat with eats

7. Pay less to get there
