These were obtained through mail back around 96-97.. Do they seem alright ?

Look good to me... Interesting one is the second one with the third loop not overlapping. But I think they're both good. Nice cards

FWIW, I got Jeter a few times TTM back in 1996 and 1997. I sent them in a few years ago on a grading special, and all came back good.

Interesting. I was not aware that Jeter ever responded TTM once he hit the bigs. Presuming they are authentic, very nice cards.

Jeter was a very prolific signer when he first came up. For the first few years of his career I considered him a lock every time my dad and I waited outside the players entrance before games.

He was actually a really good signer until after 1998 spring training. Then the returns went to non-existent TTM.
