PS I'mnot crazy with inscription but that's okay I'm working on Brooklyn Dodgers project.

He's asking $40 this includes the funeral mass card (claims his father knew him Gil Hodges)

any other thoughts?

I don't think you can lose for 40. I am not 100% on it but it looks pretty good overall.

I personally think it's worth the 40 clams just for the Mass card alone. That is a very personal item, only given out at the wake.

Absolutely! Any die-hard Mets collector would pay at least that much for something so unusual. It's amazing that Gil Hodges died at 45....

I remember clearly when Hodges passed away. Baseball was on strike at the time (there was a lockout) and Hodges was still abuzz from the 1969 World Series victory. A great Brooklyn Dodger as well, and deserving of the Hall Of Fame!
