Was Pittsburg spelled with an "H" in 1914?

Its "vintage" but appears to be a "photo of a photo" and probably a 1914 image of something that originally shot maybe 5-10 years previous (without doing any research on the image itself).

it does appear to be a photo of a photo. It seems to sit in the margins awkwardly. It is a beauty though and certainly vintage---but, as Rhys indicates,
from a few years before '14.

Yes. The only time it wasn't officially spelled that way was from 1891-1911. Even then most people didn't spell it without the 'H' so it is still possible that someone could have written it with the "H" during this time period. It was because most people didn't agree with the dropping of the H that they went back to it in 1911.
