Default Any info on these?

I sent 3 of these calendar tops to SGC to be encapsuled. I knew they would not receive a # grade, so asked for "A" authenticate anyway.

Size is 4 1/2 inch x 7 inches.

At the bottom right is printed "All Rights Reserved by The Curtis Adv. Co Detroit"

I found it interesting with "Red" in the uniforms, have not seen that before.

Came back with "More info needed". I called and that was what the SGC graders decided. They could not come up with a year of issue or anything else about the "Cards".

The only other place I have seen them are in a Memoribilia Book published in 1992. There were 4 listed with pictures. My guess is issue date was sometime during 1907, 1908, 1909 season because Tigers went to World Series those years.

I contacted the Collector/Author who owns the other cards, but he had no other information. The book is large 9 x 12 and is 254 pages with color photos and prices in the back. I would recommend the book to collectors.

Thanks Joe

Joe: I like those items. They are from a calendar ? Probably during the 1907-09 time period. What is the name of the book you made a reference too ?

I have not found anything about Curtis on the internet that is helpful so far.

I did send an email to the Detroit Public Library and they said they would research my request.
