Default Hy Myers E121-80 Brocklyn?

Was looking through some cards and I noticed this Myers said Brocklyn instead of Brooklyn. Would this be a printing error? Would it have additional value? I doubt it but thought it would be worth asking. Kenny

I think these minor printing errors are fairly common to the issue. A quick look through mine show some similar type errors. As I have a chance later I'll try to post some of them.

Default Nice catch

Mine says Brooklyn. Looks to me like another variation in a set filled with mysteries and odd rarities. Is there another 20th century set that continues to produce so many quirky variations? that comes close to E121?

Scott, there is no paper loss. There is no hole, no gouge, no damage to the O at all. There is ink missing. Is it an error? I have no idea but it doesn't have paper loss.

Here's a couple of other examples that I have in my collection where ink is missing from the printing at the bottom of the card. Also note how a lower case "c" is typical printed in "Americans". It looks different that what you think is a lower case "c" in "Brocklyn".
