Default Question about a possible error,1981

I have a friend that just ask me about a possible error on card #554 in the 1981 Topps set of Bert Blyleven that is missing the #1 on his last line of stats on the back.It should read 1980 but the card he has reads 980. Is this a true error. If so was it corrected. If not an error then what do we call it? I am not sure how any of this error stuff works.I am just asking in hopes that some baseball person could LMK so I can pass the information along to my friend.Thanks.

Looks like an uncorrected error (UER).

A guy who wins 287 games in the majors is hardly a commoner
