LOL! Two things wrong with this auction:
1) He is obviously confusing Duffy Lewis with Irving Lewis. Duffy is a common, Irv is the highest priced scarcity. I think that perhaps this confusion may be due to the fact that when SCD printed the T207 section of their catalogue last year they accidentally skipped a line and the prices did not correspond with the players' cards, so it may not be the seller's mistake.
2) If you look closely at the back of the card, it just might be a rare brown printed Recruit back if you are in to that kind of thing. I'm not or I wouldn't out it. Maybe it is just his scanner, but the print looks brown not black.
So, he might get a high price any way....

The brown ink Recruit back (vs. black ink ones) is a topic of controversy among T207 collectors and I'd say very few collectors recognize this as a variation. I think it is more akin to the orange Snodgrass (red one with some color left out) discussed here recently- that it brings a little more money as a curiosity but most T206 collectors don't care that much about it.
