I remember those perforated books of cards reprinted sometime in the 80's this card probably came from (was it Fritsch?). It was a great introduction to the early stuff I couldn't yet afford as a kid.

I think they are Dover Press, from the 1980s to recently. I did see a book of them in a book store a couple years back.
