Hate the rangers since the great battles back in the day with the Bruins. Always looked forward to the B`s playing in MSG with their 4 foot high plexi-glass( how some fan didn`t get killed) and the bad lighting. Didn`t they have the G A G line and of course Park Eddy Jac. and Villimue in the nets? NHL playoff hockey is the best sport going The rangers should at least win the east and have a good shot at the cup. Walt T. scores !!!!!!

Yes the good old days,,, I remember everything you mention.
GAG line - Ratelle, Gilbert, Hadfield.
I was in the building when the Bruins won the Stanley Cup in NYC .

I'm rootin' for the Rangers! Didn't get to watch the game though as it wasn't on Directv in my area (NHL Channel I guess?). But I think it ended just after midnight so its good that I didn't stay up that late haha.

The goalies gotta be exhausted!

Default Hate the Rangers.....

But respect them unlike the Flyers- and I admit it was a good game (even without my beloved Devils!!!!!)

I, too, watched the whole game & made note it ended @ 12:14. What a great game--couldn't turn away!

Right after that I flipped over to MLB & caught the last 3 outs of Jared Weaver's No-Hitter---What a couple of late nite finishes!

Today was a tough game. I am a Rangers season ticket holder who goes to about half the games. This team is very good but just about every game is a 1 or 2 goal game as they don,t blow anyone out and only gave up 5 goals once this year and that was with their backup goalie. I think it is going to be a great spring for NY Hockey fans
