1959 Topps PSA 9 OC Warren Spahn ? 1921
Hey Guys.... So my bulk sub just poped and I noticed that one of the cards i got graded. a 59 Topps... Spahn..1921 That did not look OC to me popped as a PSA 9 OC. it looked like a solid 7.
I don't have a Picture yet as they just shipped but would you guys recommend resubmitted it maybe with a psa 8 NQ min ? I just hate qualifiers... and while value is not super important if i every needed to sell it it would be 300 or so bucks at a psa 8 vs 80-90 as a psa 9 OC. I just have not resubmitted OC cards and dont know how far down they would grade based on centering Thoughts ? |

If it would have gotten a straight 8, PSA would have given it a straight 8 instead of a 9 with a qualifier. So no, I wouldn't resubmit. Get it back and measure the centering to see if it would get a straight 7.
