Default Joe Jackson Bat

I found this Joe Jackson bat at a Flea Market this morning. The guy had it lodged between the tires of his trailer so it wouldn't move. It is a Zinn Beck bat, measures about 34 inches. Is this a rare bat?

It's probably a mid 1920's to late 1920's.

If you use the search function here and type in Zinn, you'll see several threads over the past few years that discuss these bats.
