I'm not convinced that any T206 is a "bad" investment, HOFer or otherwise. Prices have historically risen for virtually every player but certainly some more so than others. Trying to predict what is the best investment for the future is sort of like playing the stock market, no one knows. Some are risky investments that could continue to rise dramatically or fall off quickly (freaks and the like) while some are safer investments that climb more slowly (HOFers and SLers). I say collect what you like and let the investment portion sort itself out later.

I agree, this has always been my approach. But I still wouldn't buy a Titus any time soon.
