Default Question on 1939-46 Exhibit Hugh Mulcahy

I'm doing a study of 1939-46 Saluatation exhibits. I've not seen the Mulcahy card and have not seen an internet image. Can someone tell me if the "MADE IN U.S.A." statement is printed in the lower left or the lower right corner? And is it 3/4" in length? Thanks, Dennis Hollenbeck
