Default SF Giants Jersey Question

Hoping someone can help me identify a 1982 SF Giants jersey that I got in a trade about 25 years ago. It's a Wilson pullover size 44 and seems to have all the proper tags - #2 of the 82 season and the hard-to-find 25th anniversary shoulder patch. It's #2 with the name of "Parker" on the back. In fact, that's what attracted it to me, since I've been collecting unies with my name on them for a few years.

I always guessed that this was a jersey of coach Salty Parker, but some recent research says Salty wasn't there as a coach in '82. And the only Giants "Parker" player listed on their all-time roster is Rick Parker, a few years later.

Does anyone have an idea whose this jersey this might be? Could it be from spring training when Salty might have hung around as a special consultant? Or of a minor leaguer who didn't make the roster - though they usually get higher numbers like 87 or 74.

Appreciate any help.
