I haven't found any other pictures of it, and the Fender custom shop has a decal they use on the replicas that's quite different.
Seems pretty cool.

SRV is a badass with a capital B. With the one exception of Jimi Hendrix, no one could hold a candle to this guy. That’s a cool fact I never knew or would have ever guessed. I won’t ruin it for people who want to watch. Thanks for posting. Jason
