Jesus, that’s awesome. Even google hasn’t heard of that thing. I googled it: the first two results are Pc796 Cobb/Wagner completed auctions and the third is this thread!

It was auctioned by Mastro in 1997 as part of the Don Steinbach collection. Only one I’ve ever seen.
