Leon says things are slowing....maybe this can kick sart some thing. Lou Gehrigs personal health club pass, and a ticket to a party on the ship heading to japan for the 1934 barn storming tour. This ticket to the party belonged to the Mo berg family. Regarding Leons thoughts on memo. I think partly that it is summer, and people are outside doing other things. But please keep this Memo. forum going. I've got tons more to show.

Good stuff Mike....There is a lot of stuff from former players entering the memorabilia market. I have some stuff coming from Hunt's that belonged to Charlie Wagner.

I got this photo from the Joe DiMaggio estate.

I have a bunch of newspaper articles and photos from Dick Stuart's estate pertaining to his 66 homerun year at Lincoln in the Western League in 1956.

He wrote notations on most of them...He was very sure of himself. On this one he wrote "Fame" on one baseball and "Fortune" on the other.

on most of the articles he wrote which number homerun he hit and then "and not my last".

Judging from that invitation to the swimming party I'm betting that was one wild night on the RMS Empress of Japan.

Gigolos Present???

On the ticket to the party aboard the ship bound for Japan : "Ambulance service". On a ship ? If I could time travel, I'd love to have been at the party.
