Josh,

You should probably remove this thread for now since the auction just ended last night.

I would take this down before someone offers the seller more money. The person who noticed and won deserves the card. When an auction ends give it at least a week to discuss.

Josh,

I've made the same mistake, someone could offer the seller more money
or he could back out of the sale.

alright well I'll take down the picture but I just don't understand why it went so high. Can anyone offer any insight on that ?

I now understand why I shouldn't have but still don't understand how it went so high.

Yeah Josh don't worry about it. I've seen it happen quite a bit just give it some time for the card to be mailed before discussing.

It happened to me on a 1920 babe ruth just last week. Bought the card and paid and the seller said he got a better offer refunded my money and sold it to the other person. So I'm just waiting for someone to post it so I can tear them apart. Lol.

isn't there another thread regarding another t206 from the same seller?

if so are these fact 30 backs? they maybe unconfirmed...or tougher to some who collect such nuances. if u only cared about the front...find another with a more common front.

I think that was me and he told me he took it down because he thought it was a reprint. We spoke on the phone and everything. I did email him when he took it down and said I would have bid quite a bit on it had he left it up. At no time whatsoever did he ever say he had accepted an offer and that is why he pulled it. If it's any consolation I paid full retail market for it.....I think I will have it today.....sorry about that Brad. I had no idea...

It's ok Leon I just told him I would never buy from him again after that. I do have to say I was really disappointed in that since I had been after a 1920 headin home card, no offense but I do hope its a reprint just out of spite. lol
