Default Vintage Miniature Bat

Hello all. I normally don't dab into the memorabilia side, but found this miniature bat in a shop today. Looks old and has some damage (nicks and a crack that has been repaired with period screws, it seems.) It's hard to see, but it looks like it has white, red, and green stripes near the knob - along with two black stripes. It measures in at about 24".

The shop owner advertised it as "1890's Children's Bat." Not sure about that, but for the price of a steak dinner - a neat little display piece.

If anyone has any info on it - it would be greatly appreciated. There's not apparent marking/lettering on the bat.

Hi-

I believe the dating is accurate and it is a cool display piece! In general youth size bats are less valuable but it is cool to have the period rings. I hope you enjoy it!
