Look at George! threatening me again like I am the only one knoing he is trash!


DAN YOU ARE AN ASS. YOU HAVE NO IDESA WHAT YOU TALK ABOUT. I NEVER SOLD AN 8 I NEVER SOLD ANYTHING ON NODGRASS ABOVE A 5. I ONLY HAD 5 IN MY HISTORY AND IT TOOK 20 YEARS TO GET THEM. I HAD THE CARD I SOLD YOU GRADED I DID NOT GRADE IT PSA DID. I RETURNED YOUR MONEY SO WHY ARE YOU WRITING ME AND LYING THRU YOUR TEETH ABOUT THE GRADES I SOLD AND THE CARDS I HAVE. This is not a physical threat. The fact that you fear him does not make George's vague, conditional statement a physical threat. It simply means that you are interpreting it in that manner due to being easily frightened. He never stated how he was going to 'fix the problem' of your incessant interloping in his business. Legally, verbally, physically? He never stated, "I'm going to knock your block off for being a pain in the neck", or anything of the sort. Even if he did, is he standing outside your home? Is he menacing you face to face. Everyone on this Board is willing to sue someone for perceived threats. Easier said than done. There are some lawyers on this Board that I imagine can shed some light on what actually constitutes a physical threat and what doesn't in the eyes of your local police preceint. Possibly they can clear up some misconceptions on this often melodramatically perceived problem and we can return our discourse to the cards themselves.

That was it for today Bill! You win the prize for card humor....and DAN,as I told you already, Hober is like 66 years old,is a classified disabled person and probably weighs about 145lbs. Makes sense Mr. Green. My local police dept took the report and probably won't do anything but at least it is on file if anything ever does happen. I do not even know a lawyer so I am sure you are correct and I am wrong. Have a great evening. dan.
