Hey - that W600 isn't Mike Donlin, it's Charlie Hemphill. Is that a known error? Also, I wonder whose face is on the Hemphill W600. I don't see that one in the Old Cardboard gallery.

Thanks guys! I'm guessing the autograph/signature of Thomason is pretty rare, but haven't heard from any of the auto guys on it yet.

Big thanks to Steve for helping me with my Quinn back run. Here's the result of a trade that we did (it is possible!). I love trading! Hopefully we both feel like we got a good deal. I'm always happy to give up a little more if it's for something I've been hunting.

Always open to trade offers and especially interested in any Jack Quinn T206 cards with rare backs.

Default Big mail day!

Here are a couple of sweet postcards I received in the mail today. First is a great 1907 Grignon postcard of Three Finger Brown. The second is a rare 1913 Real photo postcard of the 1913 Philadaelphia A's, probably my best postcard I own. Picked that one up from forum member Brian Campf, a great guy who has a fantastic collection of postcards!

Thanks! I've got 48 Marquards and a couple of Snodgrasses! But seriously, I have 39 different poses (if you count Mrs. Mathewson and Mrs. McGraw) and 11 doubles. I still think 50 different poses is attainable, but I'll be after that goal for a long time...

Neither did I until the other day. I honestly, couldn't find any info on it at all. I was really surprised that it wasn't on any of your lists. The photo on ebay was kinda crappy(that's why I didn't post it), but from what I could make out, the font, layout, and numbering seemed to be consistent with all other examples of the die-cuts that I've seen. For now it appears legit, so I took a chance. I'll be sure to get a good picture for you and let you know when it comes in.

I'm very pleased to have this card. I've only purchased two cards via BIN on eBay and this was one of them.

Has the kid holding the bat ever been confirmed to be Billy Southworth Jr.?

I have what I believe to be the orignal photo used for this card...it has a typewritten caption noting that it is Billy Southworth Jr. Proof enough for me.
