Default Has anybody seen these Felts & Pins/Tabs before?

Picked up these and have not been able to find out what set they might belong to or when they were issued. Any help would be appreciated. The felts are 5" across. The "pins" are more like tin tabs and the team logo is 1 1/4" across. Thanks, Mike

Don't know anything about the felts, but have seen the tabs before. They are listed in Hakes Guide as issuer unknown, circa 1940's -1950's. There were a total of 16 teams represented.

Tough to find these with the tabs intact, they broke off so easily. Looks like whoever had this collection broke them all off intentionally, maybe thought they looked better without them.

They are really thin tin. No wonder the tops broke off. Still trying to find something on the felts. Maybe they were some sort of send away premium?

I have several Brooklyn felts/patches/emblems, but yours is a little different than any of mine. Very cool.

I've never seen the Senators felt before, and I've been doing Washington stuff for a very long time.

I have the Cleveland felt/patch but do not know anything about it other than the design is in stark contrast to most other Indians items from the 1940s or '50s, which is when I assume this was made and issued.

A number of the round felt patches of that era came in the round containers of cereals, Quaker Oats for example.
