Default The Great Zim and set collecting

Today while I was looking around on eBay I saw an ad for a "Heinie Zimmerman HOF?"

I have always thought of Zimmerman as a common that I have to buy toward the set. Not a Joe Tinker or a Fred Clarke.

Zimmerman had a great year in 1912. He led the league in almost every important category. Wagner had more RBI, but some believe that Zimmerman had more RBI than originally thought and should be credited now with a Triple Crown.

The other day I said Harry Steinfeldt was the Pete Best of the Cubs infield. I guess Zimmerman should be the Ringo Starr.

If I wasn't a back collector, I doubt I'd have any of his cards. But, I have a few. Here's an e106 toward the set...Anyone else have any cards of Zimmerman?
