Default OT Christy Mathewson Ad

I have showed this on the memoriblia side but hope you don't mind if I show it here. I think it is an ad that was inserted (not cut) from a magazine or catalog. Has anyone ever seen this before? Thanks for any information! D.

Member base-ball Joseph posted a clip from Philip Seib's Matty bio "The Player" that shows there did exist magazine ads for Blauvelt Sweaters with Matty. That is the only info I have been able to find about this ad. Thanks D.

Dynarl, I've never seen the ad before, but in my opinion this has the unfortunate look of artificial aging.

I agree with Dan, looks like Matty has met Mr. Coffee.

Dan Jeff I bought the ad for $5.00 knowing it could be a fake but found it interesting and was hoping to find out more about the content of the ad. D.

Dynarl

If I recall correctly, I've seen the ad published as a regular smaller sized ad in such magazines as The American. I'll try and see if I can find a copy.
