Dan --

What a strange method of photography!

Based solely on the provided image, it appears as if the top edge is freshly cut. It also appears as if the card is quite short top-to-bottom and too wide left-to-right. I would ask the seller for a standard, two dimensional image of the card -- if such a thing is possible.

With a more standard picture, it will certainly be easier to answer your question. Keep in mind that the card might also be a bit short and completely unaltered. But who can tell for certain at that angle?

Another "new fish" in the water. That Matty certainly does look short - but if not, I still wouldn't want one that was missing that much of the top border.

Hey Scott checked his feedback all positive so far but he has bid on almost 700 items in the last 30 days. Wow that is a lot of items. Rob http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewBidItems&userid=triggerfishes&completed=1&sort=3&all=1&rows=25

...the bottom looks fine, a very typical T206 bottom border. When I look at my cards of that issue, and see that bottom border with that amount of spacing around the lettering area below the picture, I see a much more substantial top edge above the picture's black border, 3x what is above the picture portion of this card. Something doesn't seem right in 206-land with this card. It isn't even fitting into the standard holder size for the T-206's like mine do.

I am looking at a T206 White Cap now that I have in a PSA holder. It fits pretty snug, not all that play top-to-bottom like this one has. Side to side, a little play like this card has.

Very unusual, but I think this one has seen an exacto knife. Even the manner in which the straight top edge comes into the slight rounding of the corners is questionable, too.
